Month 5/Phase 1 Supplemental Information for Lesson 4 |

| JUICING: |
This month maintain your green juice intake at 5 each day as follows: Two 10 oz glasses of organic green juice per day, each consisting of: 4 oz dark & light green vegetables & 6 oz water, or 1 Tbsp of chlorophyll-rich green powder & 10 oz water Add 1 oz aloe concentrate & 1 tsp red fruit powder to each glass of green juices. |

| Reminder: Try to drink a gallon of fluid daily to promote detoxification. |

| SUPPLEMENTS: |
Continue taking the same supplements as for Month 4 During the day: Take a comprehensive multi-vitamin formula with meals (read label for dosage). Drink 2 protein shakes (25-30 g per shake) or you may add protein powder to your green drink. Take CoQ10 and L-Carnitine (read label). You may take this when you drink your juice.
In divided doses throughout the day: Vitamin C 2500 - 5,000 mg If you use a powdered form of Vitamin C you may mix some with your green juice.
Supplements each night, take: Antioxidant complex Garlic complex A comprehensive fiber formula You may take chromium picolinate to ease sugar cravings.

| DIETARY GUIDELINES: |
Eat primarily during the day. Have a light breakfast, your main meal between 1pm & 3pm and a light dinner (grains and any salad with dressing, sea vegetable and/or soup). Follow this elimination diet:- No Meat: including beef, poultry and shell fish. Replace with cold water fish (tuna, salmon, trout, mackerel, sardines and cod, all fresh) 4 times a week. Nuts, nutbutters, seeds, soybeans and soy products; organic eggs; quinoa (high protein grain). Mix beans and grains (e.g. brown rice, kamut, buckwheat, millet, amaranth).
- No Dairy: This includes milk yogurt, cheese, butter, ice cream, cream sauces etc. Replace with rice milk, soy milk, Amazake, Silken tofu, oat milk. Do not have anything with "cassein" in the ingredients.
- No Caffeine or Alcohol: including chocolate, coffee, tea, wines, hard liquor, etc. Replace with herb teas, grain beverages (e.g. Postum, Cafix, Raj's cup etc.), lemon water, green tea.
- No Sugar or Artificial Sweeteners: Replace with stevia root, raw honey, molasses, brown rice syrup, beet sugar and natural fruit sweeteners. You may use chromium picolinate (200 mcg) for sugar cravings.
- No Carbonated Drinks: including soda or seltzer. Replace with spring water, distilled water, filtered water, or fresh-squeezed organic fruit juice.
- No Wheat: Replace with spelt bread, sprouted whole grain bread, rice bread, Essene bread.
- No Non-organic Produce: Replace with organic produce, including potatoes (not Idaho), squash, sweet potatoes, yams, grains, beans, fruits, vegetables.
- No Fried or Processed Foods: Replace with steamed, sauted, stir-fried, grilled, broiled meals
Oils for cooking: coconut, macadamia, safflower oils Oils for baking: hazelnut, macadamia nut Oils for salads: walnut, flax seed, extra virgin cold pressed olive oil (avoid cooking with olive oil, but you may add it to cooked foods). - No Food Additives: Preservatives, Coloring Agents, Flavorings, MSG or Miso.
